Refund & Returns Policy

If something's faulty, damaged or not as described

You're always covered by the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing on this page takes away from those rights.

Our artworks come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from how it was described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a major problem, the choice of refund or replacement is yours.

Email hello@annowen.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as you can — the sooner the better while it's fresh, but reach out whenever you spot it and we'll sort it out.

If you've simply changed your mind

If a piece isn't quite right for your space, get in touch and let's talk it through. We're happy to consider an exchange or store credit at our discretion. To be eligible:

• the artwork must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• you'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase
• return postage is covered by you

Once your return arrives back safely and we've checked it over, we'll arrange your exchange or store credit.

What can't be returned for change of mind

• Commissioned artwork, since each piece is created specifically for you and can't be resold
• Please ask any questions before you buy — I'm always happy to share extra photos or detail on a piece so you know exactly what you're getting

Arrived damaged in the post?

Take a couple of photos of the artwork and the packaging, and email hello@annowen.com.au with your order number as soon as you can. We'll organise a replacement.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@annowen.com.au with your order number and what's happened (a photo helps for anything faulty or damaged)
2. We'll reply with next steps and, where applicable, the return address
3. Post the item back in its original condition, protected for transit
4. Once it's back with us and checked, we'll process your refund, exchange or credit
