Original Artwork will be shipped via Australia Post within 10 days of receiving your order. A tracking number will be issued once available.
- AUSTRALIA: FREE tracked shipping on all orders within Australia.
- INTERNATIONAL: A flat rate of $40 for shipping to anywhere in the world.
How do you pack your Artwork
- All A3 or A4 artwork (unframed, will be shipped flat in a rigid cardboard mailer.
- Larger art pieces will be posted in a rigid mailing tube.
- For multiple orders, each piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely & undamaged.
To ensure no damage is done, be cautious when packing your art piece. It is best to allow it to unroll itself as the paper relaxes. Don't roll it back on itself.
Return or Exchange
Your satisfaction is most important to me.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss options.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind.
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to variations with technology differences on differing computer monitors.

If you purchase a print or original painting, you are paying for the physical product to own and enjoy. Whilst you own the artwork, you do not own the copyright to it. Purchased artworks may not be may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by law or in writing by Ann Owen.
The copyright remains with Ann Owen unless:

The buyer buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc, when they purchase a painting - you're acquiring the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to reproduce it.
This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.
